Annual General Meeting of Members

Notice is hereby given the Annual General Meeting of members of WRBA will be held at Bella Vista Catering,, 1262 Mill Street, Unit #10, Kitchener, Ontario on Thursday November 26th, 2020 at 6 pm for the following purposes

• (a) to hear and/or receive reports of the board of directors any other person that the directors determine shall or may make a report
• (b) to consider and if thought fit, approve the financial statements of the Association for the fiscal period ended August 31, 2020 and the Treasurer’s report in that regard;
• (c) to elect the following directors and officers of the Association for the ensuing (2020- 2021) year; President, Director of Finance and three (3) positions for Director.
• (d) to consider, and if thought fit, to approve changes to the amount of membership dues of the Boxing Academy and to approve the amount of a special assessment, if any;
• (e) to consider, and if thought fit, to confirm Amendments to the By-Laws;
• (f) to transact such further and other business as may properly be brought before such meeting or any adjournment thereof.

*Nominations must be in writing and submitted to the Corporate Secretary 15 days prior to the AGM – Wednesday, November 11h, 2020.
