Waterloo Boxing Academy Give Back

On March 29th, 2025, 27 members of the Waterloo Regional Boxing Academy laced up their gloves and did their best to "knock-out" cancer!

2-time World Bantamweight Champion Amanda Galle attended the WRBA home at the Activa SportsPlex and conducted a master-class for the athletes. In total $905 was raised and donated to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.

Amanda Galle is an incredibly strong fighter and an official ambassador of the Fight To End Cancer. She has made it her mission to fight for those who she witnessed experience the horrible disease while growing up, one of them being her own mother, Nicolina Galle. Unfortunately, after years of bravely fighting against cancer, Nicolina will finally Rest In Peace. Amanda has never fallen short in her efforts to raise funds towards cancer research and help those in need.

The Boxing Community has raised 3.5 million this year!
